Spinal Decompression
Gentle, motorized traction therapy that relieves pressure on compressed discs and irritated nerves in the neck and lower back.
Spinal decompression uses a motorized traction table to gently stretch the spine, creating negative pressure within the discs. This can help reduce disc bulging, take pressure off compressed nerves, and improve circulation to the area — often providing relief for conditions that haven't responded to other conservative treatments.
Our Approach
We use spinal decompression as part of a broader plan that addresses the whole picture — not just the disc. Sessions are combined with manual therapy, core stabilization exercises, and posture and movement education to support long-term results, not just temporary relief.
Conditions We Treat
Herniated or Bulging Discs
Reducing pressure on the disc to relieve pain and support healing.
Sciatica
Taking pressure off the nerve roots that cause radiating pain down the leg.
Degenerative Disc Disease
Improving disc hydration and reducing the pain associated with disc wear and tear.
Spinal Stenosis
Creating space around compressed nerves to reduce pain, numbness, and tingling.
Facet Joint Syndrome
Relieving pressure on irritated facet joints in the spine.
Chronic Neck & Back Pain
For persistent pain that hasn't improved with other conservative care.
