Motocross
Motocross is one of the most physically demanding sports on the planet. Our team has treated MX athletes at every level and we know exactly what it takes to get you back on the bike.
The combination of high-speed crashes, repetitive impacts, and the full-body strain of controlling a dirt bike at speed puts enormous stress on virtually every joint and muscle. At Action Sports Clinic, we've treated motocross athletes from recreational trail riders to competitive racers — and we build rehabilitation programs around the specific demands of your riding.
Our Approach
We don't just rehab the injury — we train you to get back on the bike. Our return-to-ride protocols are designed around the physical demands of motocross, including grip strength, hip stability, shoulder function, and the ability to absorb impact. We also specialize in custom knee bracing consultation with DonJoy and Össur CTi — the gold standard for MX knee protection.
CTi & CTi Custom Knee Bracing
We are authorized fitters for Össur CTi and CTi Custom — the most trusted knee brace in motocross and hard enduro worldwide. Whether you're protecting a healthy knee or supporting a post-surgical one, a properly fitted CTi brace gives you the confidence to push hard without hesitation. We also carry the full DonJoy Armor lineup as an alternative option.
